Theatre Cards

I am loving these Theatre Cards!  Love how easy they are to make and
coming up with ideas to put inside the cards!  Fun, Fun!!
Sam at Mixed up crafts has a great tutorial - both written instructions and a
video- you can check it out here-

There are many more tutorials and examples on Pinterest. Below are a
few that I made for birthday cards.

The above is with the card closed and below is the back
where I put the sentiment.

My favorite is the Farm Yard Theatre Card.  It does make me
laugh to see these animals from Karen Burniston's
collection.

I think it's the googlie eyes that make me laugh.

Don't you love the catchy sentiment?

This card I might use as an anniversary card.  Love Graphic 45
paper!

I may make a few more of these cards!  Just love coming up
with ideas for them.

My sister's and I have been planning our youngest sister's 50th
birthday party for weeks.  Our theme was 50 & Fabulous!
I wanted to share a few pictures with you.
I have made this bouquet before and love how it comes out.  This
time I used red roses for my flowers.  This was made with the
svg file on Cricut from Dreaming Tree.

These favors were just the thing for our party.  We filled them
with cashew nuts.  Too hot to use chocolate candy.

And here is the Birthday girl!  Adrianne is the baby in our family. It is really
weird to realize she has turned 50!  I am sorry our planning has come to and end.  We
really had fun getting together to make this party happen,

Hope this post finds everyone happy and healthy!

Happy 4th of July!

I made this fun centerpiece/birthday card for a friend & former co-worker's birthday.  It is from Dreaming Tree's SVG files.  I just love making these.  It doesn't hurt that the center of the flower is chocolate!

I wanted to share a couple of projects my sisters and I have been making on craft day.  These waterfall mini albums are great to make!  So easy!  They are mounted on the hard board tag from Tim Holtz.
You can find Kim's instructions here-

We came up with several themes for these albums.  They are Christmas themes and Love themes (of course)  We also have made Mickey Mouse albums and Seaside albums.  The ideas are endless.

I love this SVG file for a birthday card.  It is supposed to be for Valentine's Day but
I made it into a birthday card.  It closes flat for mailing too!

OK, I will admit it.  I don't like making pies.  But my husband loves them!  So I broke down and
made him a strawberry cheesecake pie.  He loved it so I had to take a picture.  It's so rare I make one.

I am going to end with just a few pictures from my Sister's garden.   The flowers are so beautiful!  We are still living with my sister and her husband while we look for a home here in Maine.  We haven't found anything yet but we are still looking.   I miss having a garden so Connie's garden helps to make me appreciate all her lovely flowers.

I hope everyone has a healthy Fourth of July and a fun one!  Take care!
