I made a Castle Cascading birthday card for a co-worker's niece's birthday. I really enjoyed making it! When another co-worker saw it- She wanted one for her Granddaughter! This time I used white and silver for the colors. I also put a picture of her Granddaughter in the window at the top! Here are a few more pictures!
I bought the glittered paper at AC Moore. I find it challenging to work with glittered paper since you can't use just anything to stick to it. It is also quite strong paper and you have to be very careful when making the score marks and bending it. The glitter roofs and silver "Happy Birthday" seems to make everything just sparkle. It is a Castle fit for a Princess don't you think?
This is absolutely beautiful - I've seen this type of card previously but not like this. This one is truly inspiring. I love the castle tops. Thanks for sharing this with us all.
