Valentine's Day 2018

I wanted to share the cards I made this year for our Grandsons!  We are still in Florida and I don't have all of my craft room here- I really miss my craft room!  But I brought enough so I could make a few cards.  I did buy this adorable Disney Mickey and Minnie die from Hobby Lobby.  They are so cute!

I used the tutorial from MayMay to make this Open Box Card-  I love this type of card-  check it out here-

The card below is from Stampin Up's Balloon Adventures.  I substituted hearts for balloons.
I did use some stickers on this card since I don't have all my stamps and no printer.  Stickers work well!

I have to leave you with some pictures of some of the fun we have been having!  Today the weather is going to be in the 80's.   Love it!

Of course, Disney World!

Welcome Baby Tatum

My niece had her baby last week!  Emma & Dylan named their little girl- Tatum Rae!  I love her name!  I wanted to send them a "Welcome Baby" card.  I recently purchased The Grand Cabinet card from Spellbinder's that was designed by Becca Feeken!  Anything by Becca is gorgeous but I really love this die set.

I did fold and glue down the little tabs that come out of the side of the card. This let me use decorative paper on the sides of the card.  I used the little Panda Bear from Marianne Designs and some balloons to decorate the card.

As you can see, it still does collapse so it can be mailed! The photo below shows the dies.  You can buy more dies to add to the card and Becca designed more shapes that would be fun to own!

We are still in Florida and I don't have access to a printer so any sentiments have to be hand written.  I have terrible handwriting so it is really a challenge.  But at least I have some craft supplies so I can make some cards.  I am also doing some scrapbooking!  Such fun!

When our kids were here visiting last week- we went on a Dolphin cruise in Punta Gorda from Fisherman's Village.  It was a blast!  Check out the video below that my hubby took-
